“There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” -Albert Einstein
What do you consider a miracle?
Perhaps the birth of a child? Or an unexpected healing?
Or one of those rare events, typically a vision, acknowledged by an official religious organization?
Or are you one of those people who see miracles all around you… everyday?
Are they then actually miracles if they’re happening all around us all the time?
Or are they just simply… life? The way it’s meant to be experienced?
And is that then, in and of itself, miraculous?
“What we observe as material bodies and forces are nothing but shapes and variations in the structure of space.” Erwin Schrodinger
How open are you to a miracle happening to you?
Do you allow the Universe to work through you? For you?
Or do you unintentionally limit the power of “miracles”?
To use a common example, if someone is overweight, what is the typical thought process when requesting guidance/ help from the Universe? Usually something along these lines: ”Please “God” help me to remain strong, focused and to have the willpower to exercise and eat healthy so I that will loose weight and be a healthier person.” - It would be the minority who may simply say “Please “God” make me thin.” - We typically lay out what it is we know we need to do to create the outcome we want, in this example, exercise and eat healthy.
But what if the unhealthy condition is something we believe is beyond our control (at least in large part)? For example, blindness. What then would be our prayer? Usually something along these lines: “Please “God” heal my blindness so that I may see the beauty of this world.” - It would be the minority who may explain the medical procedure to “God” and then ask that it be carried out.
What is the power of a miracle? Is it limitless? Or do you believe it has limitations?
Are you one of those people that believe miracles are happening all around us each and everyday?
Do we explain to the flowers how they are to grow?
Do we explain to the child in the womb what steps it needs to take to be born?
Of course not. But do they themselves “know” what to do?
Or is it a Higher Power acting/ working/ being through them?
“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” -Albert Einstein
I had asked: Or do you unintentionally limit the power of “miracles”?
If we dictate in our prayers the “how” along with the “what” for the outcome we desire, are we not then limiting the way(s) in which the Universe could bring our desired outcome to fruition?
Not because the power of the Universe is less than us, but because the power of the Universe is IN us.
We create our reality with our words, our thoughts, our prayers.
How do we intentionally, consciously make “miracles” happen.
First, not by limiting the path they can take to come to fruition.
Then, by “knowing” that what we desire… is so.
That is what gives our desires the power to become our reality. Our knowing along with the strength and clarity of our intent.
Think of how often things come to you, or things occur, that you’d perhaps previously given only brief thought to. Something you desired, with strength and clarity of emotion and intent, and then let go of and simply moved on to the next thought without any specificity regarding your desire. Then it appears/ occurs as “a nice surprise”. ”Hey I was just thinking about that this morning, and here it is!” Yes, because you created it, simply, intently and without complications.
Remember that it’s energy we’re working with, it’s energy we’re made of.
